There are 5 bedrooms (1 double + 1 single ensuite with bath & shower, 1 double + 1 single, 1 twin with ensuite shower, 1 single or twin, and 1 single in the Tower), family bathroom with separate bath & shower, cloakroom / utility, drawing room with attractive fireplace with limestone surround (there is also a sofabed suitable for occasional use by 1 person in this room), dining room (with table that extends to seat 12), spacious kitchen / breakfast room, and conservatory with French doors that open onto the garden where there is outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The tower room is on the second floor and can be set up with a single bed - this room has French doors and balcony.  There is a Sonos sound system to living room, conservatory and tower room. The house is set in lovely mature gardens with private off-road parking.
